The Hwaseong Special City SME Advisory Group (Chaired by Kim Jang-hyeon) held a '4-Division Joint Forum' on April 24 at the conference hall of the Hwaseong Dongtan 2 Incubating Center. Four divisions—Bio/Medical, Food Manufacturing, Micro-Manufacturing 2, and Electrical/Electronics—participated to expand inter-industry cooperation networks and explore ways to enhance corporate competitiveness. ① Special Lecture — Transition Management Is the Answer in the AI Era Jeong Gi-hyeon, CEO of Bridge N Co., Ltd., presented strategies and response directions for companies to achieve sustainable growth in a rapidly changing industrial environment. ② Talk Forum Participants shared key issues by division and discussed solutions, focusing on industry-wide change trends and operational challenges on the ground. ③ Technology Matching Consultation Industry-academic cooperation coordinators, operating in partnership with the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF), conducted consultations to match corporate technology needs with universities, research institutions, and experts. Composed of business leaders and experts, the SME Advisory Group identifies challenges faced by local SMEs and supports the development of various industries. Hwaseong Special City plans to continue hosting industry trend and information-sharing seminars in May.
